Billing and Insurance Reimbursement
Portions or all clinical services provided may be reimbursable by insurance carriers – FTVCA will provide all needed paper work to submit claims –When billing insurance approximately 70% of your cost will be assigned to direct clinical services.
FTVCA does not accept insurance assignment.
Medical Savings Accounts - for those accessing a medical savings account a clinical bill for the full amount of our fee will be provided.
